Mens basketball team entry confirmed
Cougars will be entering a men’s team
in the Sussex Basketball League for the 12/13 Season.
The date of the trial session will be Saturday 18 August 10-12 cost £4.
Over August we will start to workout what the team looks like
based on ability (and we will only know how good you are if you
have been to a session!), indication of commitment shown to date
not just to playing in the team but to supporting the wider aims
of the club.
We have had the offer of a fixture over the summer – an away
game. Full details on this will follow. The players initially
offered the chance to play will be those who have been to at
least one of the trial sessions, with other spots only offered
to those who have yet to try out if there any available. -
Next trial date for men Monday 23 July.

Men's team trials for Brighton Cougars
Brighton Cougars Basketball Club - Men’s Open Trials for the 2012/2013 season.
Open trial for this new team to paly in the Men’s Sussex League will be held on Monday 16 July, 7.30pm to 9.30pm in Dorothy Stringer School Sports Hall, Loder Road, BN1 6PL . Fee for the trial is £3.The introduction and development of a men’s team at Cougars will also offer a number of opportunities for those taking part to become involved in this growing community club.

At the trial there will be details on the plans regarding training, costs etc. If you can’t make the 2 July then you must register and let us know you cant make it. We will then be in touch with your options.
