Get the power with Cougars

Friday's 'Power Circuits’ is open to all players and parents. This will be a fun and challenging session specifically designed for the explosive needs of Basketball players. Focusing on core strength and stability, biomechanics, posture, speed, coordination, balance and much more to keep each player and supporter at the top of their game. The session will also be open to non Brighton Cougar members.
Sessions start Friday 7 October and run from 6:30 - 7.40 in Dorothy Stringer sports hall.
Cost will be £3.00 to Cougars members (this includes any adult with a child at the club - we really want to make this for everyone involved with Cougars) and Dorothy Stringer pupils and staff. Anyone else £4.00
Paul McKeown, CoreSport's Head Strength and Conditioning Coach will be running the session. Paul currently delivers strength and speed programs to athletes ranging from development school level to international sporting professionals. For more information on CoreSport please visit www.coresport.eu.
