In accordance with the Club Constitution, Brighton Cougars Basketball Club Committee hereby gives notice of an Emergency General Meeting (EGM) to take place on Wednesday May 20 at 7pm in The Cleveland, Cleveland Terrace, Brighton BN1 6FF
The purpose of this meeting is approve the changes to the Club Constitution necessary to facilitate our conversion to an HMRC registered Community Amateur Sports Club and to elect new committee members.
