Cougars start with a full court press to pressure the Eastbourne Lions ball handlers. The team's strategy pays off with the Brighton team up 11-7 in the first quarter.
Cougars extend their dominance into the second quarter forcing turnovers and rebounding strongly scoring 14 points to the Lions 11. Cougars up 25-18 at the half.
The Brighton team take advantage of superior defence and attack scoring 25 points to 8 in the third to take their tally to 50 at the end of the third quarter.
The Cougars turn the screw in the 4th quarter scoring 22-16. The Cougars win 72-42.
