Don’t forget that the 10% early bird discount for this year’s Brighton Cougars Easter Camp at Sussex University ends on March 1, so if you haven’t booked your place already, now is the time to so.

- 9.30am-3.30pm daily at Sussex University Sports Hall
- Open to members and non-members aged 7-14 - so please bring your friends
- All abilities welcome
- Emphasis on shooting, ball handling, footwork, defence, team skills and above all FUN
Head Coach: Gerrado Jivens (better known as Milek)
Familiar to many from the last few camps, Milek played college basketball at Savannah State. He played professionally for 13 years in Europe, winning 5 BBL championships and one league MVP. He moved into full time coaching and won an U18 championship and two runners up in BUSA college finals. Milek is still heavily involved in basketball, scouting players and coaches across the UK. Attitude and behaviour are key attributes for Milek as well as hard work.
Assistant Head Coach: Wilson Juma
Wilson attended academy Florida Sarasota, averaged 16 points and 6 assists and then studied and played his freshman year at the University of Maine. He also gained a cap for his country, Zimbabwe, playing in a friendly in the summer 2015.
