Basketball Coaches wanted for 2019/20 season

Brighton Cougars Basketball Club is one of the largest basketball clubs in South East England and is currently looking to recruit at least one additional L2 or L3 coach for its junior National League programme. Based in Brighton, East Sussex, you would need to be available two evenings a week for training plus weekends for home and away fixtures which may be on a Saturday or a Sunday.
Our hourly rate is £15 plus expenses to away games. Discounted Men’s team membership is also available for anyone that would also like to play in our local league team,
We are also looking for a number of new volunteer coaches for our junior local league programme. Ideally you will already have a L1 coaching qualification but this is not essential as you will be coaching alongside an experienced L2 coach. We would also help you achieve your L1 qualification. This is an unpaid role but membership discounts are available for the Men’s team or for one of the junior teams if you have a child in the club.
All our coaches have to be DBS checked and undergo child safeguarding training.
